30-Day Returns Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your second-hand furniture purchase. Our 30-day returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind and is offered in addition to your statutory legal rights.

 

Returns for Change of Mind

 

You may return an item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if you simply change your mind. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition as when it was sold, including any known defects or signs of wear as described on the product page. The item must not have been altered, used, or damaged in any way after delivery.

  • How to start a return: Please contact our customer service team at within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  • Returns Collection: We can arrange for the collection of your returned item. Once your return is authorized, we'll schedule a suitable date.

  • Refund process: Once the item is returned to us and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

 

Returns for Faulty or "Not as Described" Items

 

We carefully inspect and describe all of our second-hand furniture. However, if an item you receive is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement.

  • Reporting a problem: Please contact us immediately upon discovering the issue. We may ask for photos or other evidence to assess the problem.

  • Our Responsibility: In cases where an item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of collection and either provide a full refund, repair the item, or offer a replacement.

  • Your Rights: If a fault is discovered within 30 days of delivery, you have the right to a full refund. After 30 days, we will first offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible or is unsuccessful, you will then be entitled to a full or partial refund.

 

Important Conditions

 

  • Proof of purchase: All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

  • "Sold as Seen" items: Items specifically marked "sold as seen" with known, pre-existing faults clearly noted in the product description are not eligible for a return based on those specific faults.

  • Wear and tear: This policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse after delivery.​
